All Dutailier products are guaranteed for one year from the purchase date by the consumer. Our warranty is valid for normal household use. For any problems caused by a manufacturing defect, contact your dealer who will follow the necessary procedures to help you. For any replacement part, such as cushions, bearings, or for any claims, contact your dealer who will assist you.
