    • What kind of wood is your furniture made of?
    • Our furniture is built from solid wood (birch, maple or beech) except for the sides and some assembly components. Since veneer is not a living material, we use veneer for the sides of our furniture pieces to ensure that it won’t warp or crack over time.
    • What is the warranty on your products?
    • All Dutailier products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one (1) year, from the date of purchase.
    • How can I clean my cushions?
    • We recommend you call on a professional upholster cleaner. We do not recommend dry cleaning or washing the cushions in the washer
    • How can I obtain the status of my order?

    • Where can I get my furniture repaired?
    • If the product is still under warranty, please contact your dealer.
    • Why are my cushions firmer than the ones in the store?
    • With time and usage, your cushions will soften up.
    • Can I supply my own fabric?
    • We have a Customer’s Own Material program on certain models. For more information, please contact one of our authorized dealers.
    • The cushions that I bought aren’t the same than the ones shown on your website. Why is that?
    • Since you have purchased the cushions, slight modifications may have been brought to their design. The photo is for illustrative purposes only.
